"I hired Phil in March of 2016 to help troubleshoot and fix a water problem in my basement. Phil showed up on time to provide an estimate and talked me through how he would redirect the water which was flowing straight to my house. He spent almost two hours troubleshooting before giving me an estimate. What a professional! I even offered to pay him for the time he spent troubleshooting and he refused saying he just wants to make sure he does the job right. Phil probably won't be the cheapest contractor out there, but he does the job right. I am 100 % satisfied with Phil's work and professionalism."
