Bowman called today and said the plumber would be here in 20 minutes, and he was. He did a great job and installed the toilet in less than an hour, cleaned up and took our old toilet, the box and all packing materials from the new toilet along with him. He also installed a new designer arm on the toilet instead of the one that came on it. He was very nice and professional. Would definitely use him again."
