Justin from Everclean was awesome and got the problem straightened out. He even discovered the dryer vent had become disconnected from outside dryer vent door! The only reason I would give him an A- for is because he replaced a glass mirror in the bathroom, but left the glass in a closet. I had to then take the glass out myself which caused it to break.
