- HARP Home Services LLCHad a water leak coming from A.C. unit and I called HARP on Saturday morning and was informed a technician could be out on Saturday between 2pm and 6pm. Jaime informed me that it was $89 for service call and $25 for fuel charge and HARP does not charge by the hour but by the job. At 12pm I received a phone call from HARP dispatcher and i am told that the tech finished up his job early and would like to come over to our home, I informed her that we were not home, she said no problem we will see you at your schedule timeframe. Dispatcher called again at 1pm and asked if tech could head our way and I said yes, we were home. Courtney Ivey came out and arrived at 1:45pm, was very professional, personable, clean, wore slippers over his shoes, uniform was sharp looking, wore a mask, provided me with some great helpful hints, turns out I needed I condensate tank pump. He replaced the pump, took the old one away and paid for the part and service. I later saw on HARP website that they offered military discounts, so I called and spoke to a wonderful person named Debbie. I explained that we had just paid for service and was wondering if it was too late for HARP to provide the military discount, she said absolutely we can. She sent an e-mail to HARP billing department and asked I be credited 10%. I have to say little shocked at all the negative reviews. My experience was 100% hands down

They had all of the equipment in their trucks and got right to work removing the old equipment. They were very nice to talk with and had no problems answering any questions I had. By 3:30 that same afternoon they had the new equipment installed and tested, asked my wife and me if we had any questions and left the work area spotless. Matt was a hands-on GC, checking on work, keep us up to date on the schedule and any changes, and really proved that he cared about this big investment for us. "My parents shower was leaking and causing damage to the ceiling below. Prior to calling Hurley and David four different plumbers had looked at the shower and could not find the leak. I called Hurley and David and they came to my parents’ house within a few days at which point we had the pleasure of meeting Tim, a master plumber. Within 2 minutes of him looking at the shower base he found the leak and explained clearly what needed to be done. We learned among other things that a kitchen drain had been installed instead of a shower drain. A few days later Tim retuned and in under an hour replaced the drain. He was friendly and very professional throughout his visits. I was so impressed with his work I will be hiring him to do some plumbing work in my house. I highly recommend that you consider Hurley and David and especially Tim for all your plumbing needs. They are the best!

Brian came out and checked everything. Told me nothing was wrong--just that thermostats needed to be reset and pipe fixed. Very honest and knowledgeable, particularly about Trane equipment. "Very honest with us. Heating system was working really well, we used them for emergency services. When we screwed up the heating system, husband friend burnt the heat, we decided to go to gas. As we price other people, they were the best price to converse from oil to gas. We still use them for the gas service, but we haven't had to use them since we install the unit. Their maintenance service is an A. Their delivery service we had more issue with. The price we never got a great deal, but we counted on that we had oil when we needed it. Its a shame you do not do plus or minus, that would make a huge difference. Use them for maintenance, not oil delivery. We had issue with the take out of the tank. Their maintenance people are phenomenal. Their emergency services are very good. This is their strongest suit I believe. Workers were professional.
