"We had a new Gas Furnace and Air Conditioning system installed by TMS and there were a few difficulties early on but since then they have provided us with a support team that has since supplied Excellent Service! The individuals that provided Excellent Service: Jose R.- Service Technician that set up AC system, knowledgeable and proficient. Brad M. - Service Technician that Serviced the Gas Furnace, knowledgeable and proficient. Maria F. - Provided special handling of a billing/credit issue for us. Amanda C. - Who thoroughly explained the value of the Service Plan and set it up. We purchased the service plan, and so far it has gone well! "I highered Bruce and his team, we're very happy with the service. They installed a couple new baseboard heaters to our existing unit to add more heat to a few rooms that's were cooler than we liked.
