"The technician, Steve, called me 25 minutes prior to his arrival. He was extremely knowledgeable about my gas fireplace. He vacuumed all areas. He informed me of the condition of the components. "We had Alan do two small appliance replacements. He is a very personable man and a talented, hardworking person.
