Material were double wall stainless which made me feel better protected and guaranteed for life. Professional, kept work area clean as they went, really knew what he was doing. Showed me each stage of the job as they went along, since I am interested in watching repairs. The cost was well below and I know that I am safe. "Rob was courteous, pleasant and professional. They did a spotless cleaning job. He showed us pictures of the inside of the chimney from the boiler where the old terracotta lining was crumbling and starting to block the exhaust. Right on time 2 days later and put in a new stainless steel liner. In the afternoon I asked what was taking so long he said that the first liner they put in got a tear so they took it out and put it a new one, guaranteed for life.. I was blown away. Nobody would have noticed. I was blown away by the integrity. The brickwork needs replacing but I already arranged that for after the winter. He asked me a few questions and told me that the guy sounded like he knew what he was doing.
