"Very nice and honest business to work with. Courteous, hardworking and efficient. I would recommend them to others! They repaired my chimney cap and replaced the flue cap with a squirrel proof cap. Also cleaned both flues and inside of wood stove from squirrel debris."

"Leonard's Masonry did a solid job with my paver project. He promised me that after he was done fixing the pavers around my pool that it would look brand new and he was spot on. There were a couple of tricky spots around the pool and the work he did around those areas was exceptional. I would definitely hire him again and would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a solid masonry contractor."

"Repaired and rebuilt front door brick steps and added 1-1/2â thick bluestone step treads. Did an excellent job and were very prompt and conscientious with their work. They were also low bid of four bids we received. Highly recommend AAAA+"

"I would recommend them as the actual work that was performed was good...but couple of issues. The person that quoted me insisted that the chimney was required to be taken down to the roof line and that pointing was not possible. I had asked for a quote to point and to re-do the cap area as well as install a SS liner. So inital quote was $2989.00 The crew showed up and informed me that in no way did the chimney need to be taken down. They pointed and performed the other work and obviously lower the cost to $2100.00. On the administrative side, these people are very prompt at billing our credit card on time but lousy at providing correct receip"

"Called Chris on a Thursday and he was here on Friday. We have had our gutters cleaned previously by Chris and would definitely hire him again. He also found a problem on our roof and took care of it the same day. He is always courteous and professional."

Chimney Repair questions, answered by experts

Depending on the quality of the leather, this type of upholstery can last anywhere from 5 to 20 years. The more time you invest in the care and protection of the leather, the longer your leather furniture is likely to last.

Paper moving pads, also called furniture wrapping paper or paper moving blankets, are sheets of recycled paper used to protect various items during moving. Similar to traditional moving blankets, paper pads are also reusable, making them a sustainable and cost-effective option for protecting your belongings during the moving process. Although they’re recycled, they still provide excellent protection against dust, dirt, and scratches.

Regular cleaning, avoiding moisture exposure, and using appropriate protective products.

It is often worthwhile to refinish or restore furniture, especially for high-quality, older, antique, or sentimental pieces. Older furniture tends to have better durability than modern, mass-produced items, and refinishing can cost about one-third of the price of replacement. To determine if it's cost-effective, compare quotes from local refinishing services with the price of a new, similar piece. Refinishing can refresh a piece's look and extend its lifespan. However, it may not be worth it for newer furniture made of medium-density fiberboard (MDF) or plywood, or for items with major structural damage. A professional can help you assess the piece and decide on the best course of action.

Yes, many professionals offer sustainable options for both materials and finishes.
