"Our project manager, Manny, and crew supervisor, Jorge, did a great job with our roof replacement today! Manny was very communicative and helpful throughout the repair. Jorge and the crew were efficient and did a very thorough clean up when finished. Our only concerns revolve around the initial reason we scheduled a repair, which was due to a ceiling leak after a rain storm. The sales person that came out was very nice and informative. He told us that while he could not determine the source of our leak, we needed a new roof. However, in our naivete, we forgot to wait on our insurance assessor before making any decisions. Post insurance assessment, we had a hard time getting answers from either the project manager or sales manager, and just moved forward with the replacement hoping it fixed our issue. Long story short, while the level of service and overall customer service were great, we had a major repair done that may not even be related to our issue. Our roof likely could have waited for a repair. Service=excellent! I would 100% recommend, just make sure you actually need a new roof."

"Nixon and his family business are amazing! We hired them for a stairwell painting job with some electrical work and their attention to detail and professionalism was wonderful. They also made sure to use high quality paint and materials to ensure longevity. While painting, we had an issue with our washer and dryer and asked Nixon to help. It ended up being a huge repair that we may have had to wait weeks to get help for. Nixon stepped right up to tackle this job that was way beyond the original scope and again made sure to do it properly with wonderful details like giving extra space for a shelf and other opportunities we wouldnâ t have noticed without him. "The initial meeting to measure and discuss the window treatments went very well.  Chris of ABC Windows and his father have been in the business for at least thirty years first in the Bronx and now in Tuckahoe, NY. 
He was very knowledgeable about the area and the surrounding buildings and the nature of the light that my co-op receives.  I arranged for a visit to his shop where in a matter of a few hours I made my selections.  He guided me to the fabric and shade choices that enabled me to make a decision in one visit.  It was approximately six weeks from the date of my selection to the final installation.  Due to availability of materials there were two installations.  I am very happy with the results and would use them again if and when the need arises.

"I used JPP a few years ago to paint the exterior of my house. They did a great job at a very fair price. Great staff. Recently, I had them repair & paint several ceiling cracks throughout the house as well as touch up areas on the exterior of the house. Upon inspecting the completed work, I thought one additional area was to have been repaired/painted... but admitted that I could be mistaken. Since this would require a return visit in addition to the work, most would have been reluctant to do anything with no additional cost.
