He was very knowledgeable about the area and the surrounding buildings and the nature of the light that my co-op receives.  I arranged for a visit to his shop where in a matter of a few hours I made my selections.  He guided me to the fabric and shade choices that enabled me to make a decision in one visit.  It was approximately six weeks from the date of my selection to the final installation.  Due to availability of materials there were two installations.  I am very happy with the results and would use them again if and when the need arises.

Recently, I had them repair & paint several ceiling cracks throughout the house as well as touch up areas on the exterior of the house. Upon inspecting the completed work, I thought one additional area was to have been repaired/painted... but admitted that I could be mistaken. Since this would require a return visit in addition to the work, most would have been reluctant to do anything with no additional cost. However, James didn't hesitate to return and make sure the work was done. In my opinion, it's when there's a problem/misunderstanding that you really see how someone treats customers.
