Kristine initially met with me in my apartment and, after taking basic measurements, reviewed all of the viable options with me, their pros/cons and costs. She found that there was a manufacturer rebate program starting in a few days and, by waiting to submit the offer, saved me additional $$$. Steven followed up to take precise measurements of my windows (they are each variable in width at different points from top to bottom). He then returned when they received the shades from the manufacturer to install them. The fit and look are excellent. The installation was done neatly and quickly but with care and precision.

He was very knowledgeable about the area and the surrounding buildings and the nature of the light that my co-op receives.  I arranged for a visit to his shop where in a matter of a few hours I made my selections.  He guided me to the fabric and shade choices that enabled me to make a decision in one visit.  It was approximately six weeks from the date of my selection to the final installation.  Due to availability of materials there were two installations.  I am very happy with the results and would use them again if and when the need arises.
