A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. "Roger visited my apt and agreed to do the work for $1500. That was to remove the shower floor, re-set it and tile. He also agreed to re-caulk the walls since some of the old grout was cracking. The entire lower row of wall tiles in my shower would need to be removed in order to remove the floor tiles in the shower. I agreed to buy those wall tiles separately from the $1500 fee. I paíd 1/3 of the fee as a deposit. Another 1/3 hall-way thru and another 1/3 when finished. Roger assured me the work would be completed in 3 days, and it was. If he agreed to be in my apt at a certain time, he was always punctual. He did a great job and was very friendly and professional. I honestly wish I'd hired Roger 2 years ago when my bathroom was renovated. I was very happy with the price, the work that was done and getting to know Roger a little bit. I would hire him again in the future and would recommend him to anyone.
