There was a construction glitch, my fault which they repaired, adding a couple of hours to the install. They never complained in spite of working in the direct sun. "John and Ryan skillfully fixed the subfloor under a leaking picture window without disturbing the sealed oak wood floor under the window. They did this by doing the repair in the basement under the leak and removed all wet wood and replaced it with new wood and new insulation. The next day, a DiGiorgi siding team came to replace all removed vinyl siding and install new insulation and new flashing around the picture window. Everything looks nice and neat and structurally sound."

We had our porch done recently by a separate contractor, and dealing with that company was a nightmare. Material left out, never showing up to the job on the day they said, shoddy work ectâ ¦.. however, THIS was the opposite of that experience. We needed a cement slab poured. First off They were able to work the job right away basically, they were there when they said they would be there, on time. They worked quickly, and cleaned up the job and materials once it was completed. The slab once it was finished came out better than I had expected. Also the main contractor running the job was very communicative. So all in all I would 100% call them back. By far one of the better contractors weâ ve worked with over the years"

"It all started out well after purchase of the initial Angie's list deal.  We promptly agreed on a date and a gentlemen came to measure and start the paperwork. Install date was set for 11/5/15. On 11/4, I was called about setting an install date.  My response was I already had one for the next day. Long story short, the company did not bother to tell me they had cancelled my appointment, they just acted like I never had one.  It was as though one side of the business did not know what the other side was doing. Since I made arrangements to be home on the 5th, I was not happy.  We finally settled on the 12th and the installation went smoothly enough.  However after completion, I noticed the installers had broken a piece of moulding in front of the patio door.  I know they realized they cracked it because they used clear caulk as a fix. I called the company and they said they would replace.  As of 11/30, the moulding still has not been replaced even though I was told the installer was picking up molding on 11/17.
I will say the person who came to measure and the lady who did the follow-up calling were professional. However, I can't say the same for the install side. The contact person was nice enough but he did not contact me to say the install was cancelled and to me it's taking way too long to replace the molding the installers broke.  I view it as a lack of integrity to cover up breaking the piece and not bothering to say anything to me.  The patio door is beautiful and I had planned to purchase a front door from them but have changed my mind.
