"They ran interior piping to a sump pit. They had to break up the floor install the piping. Install a sump pump pit so the water was pumped outside. Then recement the trench. This is the second time I have used this company and I highly recommend them. I have had two different crews doing the work and both did an outstanding job."

"I posted an initial review on 2/21/19 on a job done on 1/11/19 to fix groundwater from coming into our basement. The drainage system and sump they installed was not collecting all the water that was coming in, as we had leaking from several areas along an uneven rock ledge. I had reached out to our salesperson by phone and email and never heard back, so I was very frustrated. About 3 weeks after I posted the review, I did get a call from Jeff Allen, one of the supervisors. To make a long story short, he sent out one of their waterproofing specialists to look at the problem. We had already hired an independent mason to try to remedy the problem but he had not yet had a chance to do the job. Jeff convinced me that CT Basement systems would do absolutely whatever it took to fix my water problem. I cancelled the independent mason. Danny, a mason from CT Basement Systems came out and used a very ingenious method to divert all the water to the originally installed water guard trough and then to the sump. It is working beautifully!! I think Danny is a genius and I am so impressed and thankful for Jeff's perseverance and kindness in making this happen. I am now a very happy customer."

AJ & Neal were awesome.   They were professional, considerate of the surroundings, and always willing to stop and pause their work if I had any questions.   We really haven't had any significant rainfall, but after watching them perform the install of the downspout tie-ins and perforated pipe...I have no doubt my issues of water seepage should be gone.

I definitely recommend AJ to anyone, and will be sure to use them again in the future.

"I purchased an deal for $99 for 2 hours of labor.  Originally I intended to apply the time toward replacement of a shower faucet, but the same week, three gate valves in my basement began to fail.  Lew was very responsive and able to accommodate my schedule, and replaced all three valves with ball valves as well as the piping in the area.  I purchased an additional $150 worth of parts from Lew which are warrantied for a year.
What I appreciated most was Lew's evaluation of the shower faucet, which he looked at while he was at my house.  He pointed out that the faucet that I had purchased would not meet my long-term needs and made recommendations so that I could purchase (on my own) a model that would be better for me.  He also gave a very rough quote for the labor that would be required.  Lew could have just installed the faucet I purchased and waited until it failed in another year and installed another one and made twice as much money, but he didn't.  I'll certainly have him back again.

"I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. "Great! Billy, Dulce and crew couldn’t be nicer. Wanted to make sure I was very happy with the work done. They accomplished all in 3 1/2 days. 3 trees removed, pruned 1 bush, cut branches hanging over the roof, removed 3 stumps, and cleaned out a huge area the far end of my front yard that hadn’t been done in the 44 years I’ve lived here. Also planted soil where needed, grass seed and straw over it. Their biggest job was putting drainage pipes underground; so the water from up the hill will no longer be leaving the side of my house muddy where previously no one could walk. Beautiful job! I am so pleased. The price was reasonable considering all the work they did."
