Matt called me first right away, we discussed possible issues from pressure switch to pump failure (whole system 31 years old) and had two guys at my door in about 1.5 hours. After they diagnosed the situation they had the good news that the pressure switch had failed and had my water back up to pressure in about an hour. Emergency visit on a Saturday, pressure switch and pressure gauge replaced for just under $400. Could not have been happier with the news and the service."

"It was 5:30 on a Monday morning I got up to get ready for work, I turned on the faucet and all I got was a sucking sound. No water! Eric from Mosman Wellworks responded to my request on HomeAdvisor by around 6:30. He said he would have someone at my house by around 8:30 and sure enough the technician was at my home by 8:30. He ran tests and checked the system and diagnosed it as the pressure switch and made some additional recommendations and had us up and running in no time. They were prompt, knowledgeable and courteous and very fair priced. I would use them again and I would recommend them."
