"Tree man is absolutely the best tree service we have ever had. We spoke to Oscar and he came the next day with his very professional crew of six. He removed two big fallen trees from the storm, and his arborist pointed out several others which were dangerous, which they also removed. We asked if they could take down two other trees, which were so close to a building I didn’t think they would be able to, but miraculously they came down with no trouble. They were very competent and raked, shoveled and used leaf blowers to make everything picture perfect after putting it all in the wood chipper. "Very polite and responsive. Available via text throughout the job. Went above and beyond, removing some tree stumps not originally part of the proposal. The only (minor) complaint was that a two-day job turned into more than that. UPDATE. Almost 3 months after the original job, I have texted, emailed, and called over 10 times to try to get an area cleaned up that was left a mess. A good experience has turned into a very poor one unfortunately. I am still hopeful this will be Resolved, and will update the review as things proceed."
