"Anji recommended four plumbers. Cassidy was the first to respond on Friday afternoon. One other plumber responded but I could not understand his heavy accent, and he asked me if I wanted him to replace the whole burner assembly. That made no sense to me and I questioned him about it. Suddenly he became "too busy" and hung up the phone. Another plumber didn't respond until Monday morning. Too late. The fourth plumber never responded at all. Cassidy asked if it was an emergency or could wait until Monday. I said Monday. and asked what time? I did not get an answer on Friday. Around 8:30P I called and got an answering service which told me that I wouldn't get a response until Monday because their office closed at 8:00P. I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple. "It was 5:30 on a Monday morning I got up to get ready for work, I turned on the faucet and all I got was a sucking sound. No water! Eric from Mosman Wellworks responded to my request on HomeAdvisor by around 6:30. He said he would have someone at my house by around 8:30 and sure enough the technician was at my home by 8:30. He ran tests and checked the system and diagnosed it as the pressure switch and made some additional recommendations and had us up and running in no time. They were prompt, knowledgeable and courteous and very fair priced. I would use them again and I would recommend them."
