Oscar and his hard-working crew power washed, completely sanded down the shakes, repaired wood damage, primed and painted the entire exterior (including trim and gutter downspouts). They did a fantastic job, and the house looks new. Oscar and his crew were always there first thing in the morning, worked through the day, and left the site clean every day. "Everything went great, there were a couple changes that had to be made as the job progressed, we found out the old toilet had been leaking pretty badly, and there was a bunch of rotting floor boards.  Other than that they completed the job within our time frame, cleaned the house up at the end of each day very well, and really treated our home like it was theirs.  Everything was sealed up with plastic barriers so we wouldn't get dust throughout the house, I was very pleased about that.  We plan to have them back in the next year or two for the kitchen.
