Len would show up at 11:00AM every day, while his helper would arrive much earlier.  Len tried to take shortcuts with the wallpapering (not suspending the vanity light to paper behind) which I insisted that he redo (which he did).  The two ceilings in the bathrooms were painted apparently without being sealed, because about 1 year later, my textured ceilings around the vents and walls are peeling off.  I've ignored it until now, but it looks so bad that I have to pay someone else to remove the ceiling paint. retexturize and repaint it.  This is problematic because of the expensive wallpaper.  These bathrooms are properly vented, the vents are turned on during showers, and the masterbath shower is used once every other day approximately. I'm not a professional painter, but I personally sealed all the ceilings in my other house (just had ceiling paint tinted white ) and NEVER had a problem.  I would never use this contractor again.
