"I can't stop raving about Marcos, Lisa and the wonderful crew at Reis Wood Floors LLC! They literally saved my hard wood floors--and my sanity--and I am absolutely thrilled by the stunning results. The first company we originally hired to refinish our floors ended up destroying them. They didn't sand properly and the horrible stain job made my floors look like a Jackson Pollock painting. I cried my eyes out. But then I came across Reis, and although I was nervous about my first bad experience, Lisa reassured me that Marcos would fix it. OMG--Was she right!! Marcos came over and immediately knew what was wrong. He showed up a few days later with a six-man crew and spend 1.5 days sanding my entire house until my 100-year-old floors looked brand new. We met the next day to review stains. (We chose Provincial), and by the late afternoon my floors looked glorious and new!!!! It was unbelievable! I couldn't stop smiling! I can't tell you how much I love and trust this company. They were such professionals from beginning to end.
