Thiago provided an estimate the same day and put us on his schedule the same week. The workers were courteous, neat and professional. They had to move an upright piano out of and back into the space and were able to move it without damaging the floor or piano. The floor came out beautiful. No more ugly pet stains. "Thiago and his team helped us think through the options for fixing a hole in the floor from our removing an electrical socket. He dissuaded us from our initial plan to install a wooden floor medallion because it would not likely be flush with the floor unless we refinished the entire room.
