Felipe and his team are incredible. We used ArtWood to refinish the floors in an older home we just bought and paint the walls. Not only did he help us discover hardwood under existing tile, he went above and beyond recommending the best finish for our needs, the best paint dealing with older plaster walls, and being so responsive and patient with us every step of the way. As first time homeowners it was incredible to have someone guiding us with options, recommendations and honesty on the right solution. And everything looks GORGEOUS! We are so happy.

beyond thankful for my experience with Felipe! I contacted Felipe- being new to Trumbull, I didn’t have any recommendations so luckily I found Felipe online. We wanted to sand/stain our floors and give the floors a fresh new look. We are blown away- they look brand new. Felipe has been communicative every step of the day, we worked with Carlos for painting and he was so nice and extremely thorough. We also wanted to remove carpet and went with his recommendation of using engineered wood - it matches perfectly with the rest of our home… so happy. Also this is a family owned business ❤️

Fantastic! Felipe and his crew from Artwood did an outstanding job. They had to work around four generations of family, cats and dogs to install almost 1900 square feet of hardwood with two different stains. Their attention to detail is phenomenal. They came back three times to touch up one area so it would be perfect. Even the surprises that came up along the way (especially in a house built in the early 60’s) were taken care of at very reasonable prices. I can’t say enough about the quality of the workmanship and the product! I’d recommend them to anyone!! Thanks Felipe!

Adi and Felipe were amazing to work with. They worked around our schedule in a rental home that was being worked on to accommodated us. The floors came out beautiful and looked better than we could have dreamed. We are thrilled we decided to trust Artwood with our project! Would def hire again!

Artwood Floors stained and refinished our hardwood floors and I honestly think the floors are much more beautiful now than the day we moved in and it was brand new at the time!! The water based process and finishing they used created gorgeous color and just the right amount of subtle shine. Felipe and his team are perfectionists, neat and reliable. We were kept updated throughout the process and offered a very fair price for the quality of work. Highly highly recommend!!

ArtWood Floors is a reliable and fast family run operation. The floors in our new house were in decent shape, but had a yellowish color and super glossy and thick polyurethane finish that made it look kind of like a basketball court. The previous owners had also put in an addition with ceramic tile that did not fit with the rest of the wood floors in the house. Our realtor recommended that we call Felipe. He and Adi started work almost immediately and they literally transformed our home. First they removed the old finish and added a rich dark stain with matte finish. Next they tore up to the tile in the addition and put down new wood floors that match the rest of the house perfectly. They answered all of my questions, were total professionals and made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. I highly recommend ArtWood and would absolutely hire them again. Although they did such a good job, I won’t have to for many years.

The job was done very professionally. The project was completed on time and without hassle by Felipe and his father. The floors of our new home in New Canaan now look like new and the exterior deck was given back its natural beauty! I highly recommend this small business that produces high quality work.

The floors are now consistently beautiful, and this was after significant wear and stains from pets that we weren't sure could be removed, but were. Felipe and his Dad were very consistent in their approach, very communicative before, during and after, and are just overall great guys. They felt like family and they treated us and our home as such.

I absolutely love this company. I was able to receive great customer through the whole process. I was able to see samples beforehand and I was able to allow them in my home while I was at work. If you are looking for a business that will be reliable, safe, efficient, and fast then Artwood Floors is the place for you. I plan on using them again to do my deck area as well. I used them to redo my hardwood floors throughout my entire home. They not only finished on time but ahead of time. :-)

Amazing! Floor was sanded and screened to bare wood and then stained and poly'd. Dining room floor now looks like new construction so we've decided to have Artwood come back and refinish the kitchen, foyer, center hall and living room as well.
