The project was done fine and good quality. The business owner had confidence in his crew and hence did not see the need to supervise them regularly. The crew were not always on time, but once they arrived they did their job satisfactorily.

Rick and his team gets the job done for a reasonable price. I was quoted by 5 professionals and by far they had a better price point. They work quick and diligently. They made a few repairs on my floor and they fit in seamlessly. The biggest transformation was my kitchen after an extension done to the house left the floor split in half. It was such an eyesore but they didn't try to make me pull up the whole floor and offer a solution that would save me money. The kitchen is my favorite part now...it was blended beautifully. Also Rick is hands on when I was dissatisfied and I asked him to come to the site he was on it and solved the problem. He even gave me an extra coat for the trouble. I would hire them again and I recommend them for future projects.

We hired Rick and his team to refinish an entire house of hardwoods after our tenants and their dogs damaged them. We went a bit darker with the stain (from Provincial to Dark Walnut) throughout. They did a really lovely job and the floors look great. Rick is easy to communicate with and kept us informed of the progress as they worked. I d hire them again!

We were working to a tight deadline, and Rick and his crew were terrific. They started the afternoon of our closing, and we had beautiful floors within the 5 days that Rick had promised. Our floors look amazing and the dust was minimal thanks to their great preparation. Their price was great, there was no damage to walls of baseboards, and I cannot recommend these guys highly enough!

Rick Carvalho and his crew did a beautiful job of sanding and refinishing my floor. They worked fast and efficiently and the price was very reasonable.

The guys were really very nice to work with and very considerate. They are also very fast - maybe a little too fast. After the job was finished, we noticed some of the edges were not quite clean. They did come back to repair these. Also noticed some sanding marks around the edges... Maybe I'm too much of a perfectionist. Still looks pretty darn good. This was my third time using them and I would hire them again.
