"Extremely satisfied.  Company was responsive (My initial call to them was on Xmas Day when I noticed the sewer backed up in my back yard).  They called me back immediately and  agreed to send someone to look at it the next day (after ansering some questions, we agreed it was not an emergency) - they came the next day as promised and even called prior to their arrival.  The plumber assessed the situation and took pictures to send back to Larry.  I spoke with him and agreed to have them come back on Monday when the equipment  needed to address would be available (needed an extra long hose and camera set up given the location of the cleanout cup).  Each time dealt with the company (Larry) he would call to let me know status and options.  On the day they came, Larry and his associate were at my home at the time promised.  Spent nearly 3 hours and all is well.  So although a bit pricey, well worth it given the responsiveness and professionalism of the company.  Would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

"Of all things you don't want to happen on a Sunday afternoon, your sewer line backing up has to top the list. Well that what happened to me today. Ugh. Since I was away from a computer and didn't have time to research service providers on Angie's List, I reached for my trusty yellow pages and called several companies to find out how much this problem was going to set me back. Bryan is just starting out on his own (after working for others for many years) so his prices are extremely reasonable. But that doesn't mean his work isn't high quality! "I worked with Jesse to help with a clogged bathtub drain after I tried plunging it myself. I explained over the phone that I was dealing with backflow problems and each time I used the bathroom sink the water would end up back in the tub. Unlike another plumber who said they would need to charge me to snake both the tub and the bathroom sink, Jesse explained it would likely just need to be the sink and there is an issue in the shared drainage pipe. As soon as the well was excavated by Boyds  Artesian Well Co. Old Faithful showed up in a timely manner. Joe immediately proceeded to dig the ditch in order to connect the water pipes to the house. This process took four days due to a  bedrock impediment. The huge rock had to be removed ,in  order for the pipes to be placed in the ground according to code. A  jackhammer was required to remove the rock, which was an unexpected expense ,but  the work was reasonably priced. The work was completed and Old Faithful  truly  lived up to  its' name. We were very pleased with the work and service rendered.
