Chad is NOT qualified to work on LG mini splits. He did not know the full scope of this product. We had two Freon leaks within the year of installation. Paid a lot of money that he never compensated us when we got a qualified individual who knew how to repair this brand new product we bought through Chad. In fact he commented to us ?I can?t fix it?go find someone else? and ghosted us for over a year as he should have compensated us for what we already paid him and the 2 mini splits never worked properly. We went through CT Consumer Protection Agency who discovered through all our communication emails/texts/his licensing info. With Chad, that Chad was violating various CT business standards. We were told they would fine him. Chad has been given plenty of time to make amends. In fact he said he would compensate us in payments since Dec. 2024. He has yet to be a man of his word. We have yet to receive 1 penny. We had to pay an additional 1500.00 for a correct repair.

They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It didn't feel like they were trying to sell me or upcharge me. Chad had a genuine conversation with me about all the options available. Communication was open and they kept me updated during the entire process. Amazing business!

I worked with several contractors to identify the best solution and price for my new boiler/tankless water heater. Chad was patient and thorough in his explanation of my options and costs. He installed a high efficiency system in 2015 that has worked flawlessly. We NEVER run out of hot water. The space in the basement has been cleared with the elimination of the old boiler and stand alone hot water heater and best of all.... my propane gas usage is 1/3 the amount it has been in previous years. Chad did a beautiful job on the installation. His work is meticulous and I've often told my friends/neighbors it is a work of art. He also helped me with the rebates and finance options available. I could not have asked for a better contractor. Chad was responsive, on time and left my house better than he found it. He removed the old equipment and even helped me by installing a new double filtration system for my well which he configured much better than the previous single filter. Based on this install and level of service, I would give Chad the highest possible recommendation.

Chad suggested a high efficiency boiler for energy efficiency and was knowledgeable about rebates to offset the additional cost. I am extremely satisfied with both the work they performed and the product installed. My gas usage dropped by 25% in a very cold winter.

We had our a/c and gas furnace installed. Chad did a great job he definitely knows his "stuff." I found him to be very trustworthy. He and his team clean up after themselves they left my home as clean as they found it. If you are looking for excellence then call Chad.

Workmanship quality was excellent. They had total repsect for our property and left the job perfectly clean. Chad's co-worker was excellent also.

He was always on time and did exactly what he said he would do. He was always pleasant and honest. All-Weather Mechanical was professional and prompt. They upheld the original agreed upon price despite having to spend some extra time cleaning my two oil fired boilers and two hot water heaters. Chad took the time to explain the current state of my systems and made suggestions on what could be improved and considered. It is difficult to verify the work quality as the work is concealed and I was not present at the time it occurred, but given all other aspects of this experience, I have no doubts that quality work was performed. Very happy with the overall experience.

Chad did a great job at about a third of the cost I was quoted by another company. Very good communication and honest dialogue. I think I found my permanent HVAC guy.

The owner Chad and his assistant arrived on time. Resolved the problem in a reasonable time. Answered questions that we had to our satisfaction. Both Chad and his assistant were courteous. The only caveat that we have is that work was done this morning and this response is being provided the same day as such we are not in a position to comment whether the work they performed will stand the test of time.

They are very professional and knowledgable person. They did nice and clean works. Our heater and hot water system worked very well now. Thanks to Chad brought back our nice and warm home.

Chad was great, explained every step what to do with ac and made sure I understood what was going on. I was impressed he brought a notebook for communicating with me also using his voice to text for me to read what he said because I am deaf. Appointment was kind of last minute I asked him to come by, he made his time to come and the performance was done in an hour.
