I had a slight issue with my gutter install which I noticed after the first hard rain, probably a month after the job was complete, and they were out the next day to correct it. Brian paid particular attention to getting the job done in a way that would prevent damage from ice dams. The lead flashing he did around the chimney looks like it was done by a real artisan.
