Earlier this fall, I sought estimates for a roof replacement on my home which is about 25 years old. After meeting with several roofing companies, I selected Point Judith Peaks. Joe Liptak was incredibly prompt and professional through all my interactions. His understanding and knowledge of the roofing industry is unparalleled. He communicates clearly and delivers on what he promises. The process was seamless, done efficiently, expediently and with total focus on getting the job done well. I recently had a small hole in my soffit that was causing animals to enter my attic. Despite my best efforts I struggled to find someone willing to do the repair or even follow up for that matter. Highly recommend Joe and Mark from Point Judith Peaks for their roofing services! After a big storm that came through, they came out and inspected everything for us the next day. From their comprehensive expertise in the insurance industry, they helped us file a homeowners claim as the damages inspected were covered losses under our policy. They diligently walked us through every step of the tangled, elaborate claims process, met the adjuster there on two separate occasions acting as an advocate for us, and prepared/negotiated a final estimate with our insurance company, leaving no stone unturned and ensuring we were not being taken advantage of by these conglomerate insurance companies. They provided exceptional service and high quality work from start to finish - I am beyond satisfied with my experience!

We had some storm damage to our roof that caused rain to leak right into the kitchen. Joe was out to our house the very next day to complete a short-term patch, and was incredibly supportive as we navigated the insurance process. Incredible work and customer service

My experience with this company was nothing short of outstanding. The gentleman were kind, courteous and respectful and they were able to efficiently replace my entire roof in a very short time. While I don’t see myself needing them to replace a roof for me in the future, I would certainly hire their expertise to complete other projects on my docket.

Joe Liptak approached me and advised me of the poor condition of my roof. He further assisted me in filing an insurance claim and performing a full and thorough inspection of my roof with pictures. He advised me as to the type of shingles to use and assisted in the shingles selection. He prepared an estimate and met and conferenced with the insurance company's expert. Joe then retained the contractors to do the roof work and they arrived soon thereafter and worked two 12 hour days to complete the job. Thereafter, Joe made a full inspection of the roof to be satisfied that the job was done well, fully and timely. Joe also inspected the area around the house to make certain the clean-up was performed completely. The job looks fantastic and we are very satisfied with the work and the final cost. Pt.Judith Peaks are some of the best around!! As a homeowner dealing with a first time insurance claim, I wasn’t very knowledgeable on how to ask the right questions nor get what was needed but Mark and his team were there to help quickly and throughly!! Living in the northeast, weather can be very unpredictable and thats why making this phone call was a such a sigh of relief. Mark explained in detail what needed to be done and just like that I could breathe a little easier when my insurance adjuster called me with good news!! I can’t recommend this company enough!!!
