They were complete professionals! I had a few small additional things I wanted him to do and he did them without any new charges. Prior to having Alex install the drains and do the other repairs we would always have water coming into our basement, sometimes substantial amounts of water. It has now been about a month since he did the job and we have had two big rain storms and our basement is completely dry thanks to Alex's great work. Alex is very easy to work with and has an old school work ethic, and there were no surprises or over charges. He's a straight shooter. I will be having Alex do more work for us next spring. John"
