In addition, I wanted it expanding by approximately 35%. They came in, put the extra process down and laid it all flat while considering the pitch to make sure that no water pooled up anywhere on the driveway. I found 3 other top rated Angie's list businesses but Perez Paving was much less expensive."

"Update to my post on 8/13/18: Following our complaints posted on Angie’s list, Silverio quickly contacted me and offered to come by and take a look. After their walk-through, we both realized that the issues around the driveway is actually not the driveway itself but the excessive water from the lawn was not properly drained and some of the excessive water remained on the driveway and damaged the driveway. We followed their advice and installed the drainage but Joe and crew are so nice and offered to patch the damaged driveway even though the fault was on our side. We are very happy with their quick response and professionalism as well as the high integrity."

"Alex and his crew were fantastic. They were on time, worked very hard and each day they left the site completely cleaned up, including the driveway where they mixed the concrete. They were complete professionals! I had a few small additional things I wanted him to do and he did them without any new charges. Prior to having Alex install the drains and do the other repairs we would always have water coming into our basement, sometimes substantial amounts of water. It has now been about a month since he did the job and we have had two big rain storms and our basement is completely dry thanks to Alex's great work. Alex is very easy to work with and has an old school work ethic, and there were no surprises or over charges. He's a straight shooter. I will be having Alex do more work for us next spring. John"

My project for them started out as a simple 15'x5' retaining wall removal and replacement. 2 weeks later my backyard was transformed into a beautiful outdoor area that included a 40' walkway, 20' doorway entry, concrete hot tub pad surrounded by pavers, fire pit patio with sitting wall. During the project Dennis kept me informed of any issues and there were some. He successfully++++ created a drainage system eliminated a drainage/flooding issue we've had for 15 years.
