"Someone came to my home, took measurements, spoke with me at length and then never responded when I called to set up the appointment to review the quote."

"Very professional and quick. I have referred them to everyone that inquired to my new garage. Thanks again primo"

"Amazing job on the new roof! They got it done in a timely manner!"

"It was an excellent service."

"I am so pleased that David was willing to come to my house and provide not only an estimate, but advice on how to professionally repair each of three different kinds of drywall crack problems.  I offered to pay for his time and advice, but all he asked for was a glowing review - Here it is.

"Ray is a consummate professional. He has excellent project management skills and a team of skilled workers that completed the project on time and in budget. I met with Ray and he gave me an estimate to build a stamped concrete patio and firepit around my existing pool. This required extensive shrub and tree removal next to the pool. The project started and finished on time within the discussed budget. The work looks sensational and all our neighbors have tried to recruit Ray for their own projects. Unlike most building contractors, Ray does not kill you with minor change control issues and cost increases, he just gets the project done at the highest level of quality. While Ray was on site, he diagnosed a flooded basement issue and I extended the project to fix the problem. Ray has taken a basement that was regularly under water to be totally dry. I trust Ray and his workers completely. If you want an honest qualified builder who meets his commitments and exceeds expectations look no further."

"The project came out exactly as we wanted it. Dan and Janel are knowledgeable and reliable. They communicated with us and were a pleasure to work with."

"Owner was very easy to work with, things went very smoothly and he was very accomidating. Job went easy and I believe he went above and beyond , when he found issues he fixed before covering very professional ..would recommend!!! also had great color choices and nice crew on job site"

"Dave & his team came to our place, on time, didn't block our driveway, worked during the day and cleaned the area up at the end of the workday.  The following day it was the same process, arrive on time, didn't block the driveway up, and when done working, cleaned up the area.  The final product is a joy to walk on, and to look at.

My wife & I agree, we recommend without hesitation ADVANCED SURFACES/cti to all friends and our shoreline community members.

"The door looks great - the job was very good. My only issue was I had mentioned saving the old door to send to Habitat and it was cut so we couldn't donate it. I guess they just forgot. Since then A&W has gotten smaller and their time line is longer so...we'll see if we use them again.
