Lifetime Construction

I hired Isaiah to pour a simple concrete step at my home, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give the quality of his work a 3 at best ? but I?ll let you decide based on the photos. The step has a visible dip of more than half an inch in the top surface, which not only looks bad but also creates a trip hazard. Despite pointing this out, Isaiah dismissed the issue and demanded an additional $500 to fix it ? a bold request. Due to poor planning, the concrete was poured just four hours before a heavy rainstorm ? a basic mistake no professional should make, especially with rain clearly forecasted. In an attempt to protect the uncured concrete, he covered it with plastic, but that only led to uneven discoloration. What?s most frustrating is that his own written agreement included a workmanship guarantee, yet he failed to honor it when concerns were raised. I have an old house and even though there were unforeseen repairs and adjustments that needed to be made in order to complete my deck, the entire project was done in a professional and timely manner. Lifetime Construction both repaired and extended the length of my deck all in one day. They replaced all the supporting posts even down to pouring new footings, making the deck safer for me and my pride and joy Cocker Spaniel. They even placed boards on the backs of my stairs making it safer for my dog to go up and down the stairs as he gets older. They fixed a broken awning and tacked down a piece of siding that was flapping in the wind near my roof. They did these three things out of the goodness of their heart and at no additional cost to me. I am an older women with limited resources so their kindness saved me the time and expense of hiring three additional professionals. My deck is now up to code, no longer a liability, and a beautiful asset to my home. I'm looking forward to buying some new deck furniture and spending time relaxing on my deck which looks out over wetlands. I am thankful to Beckim and his crew for their hard work.

Lifetime repaired our deck in record time. The deck is much safer and looks a lot better. They arrived on time with a great crew and got the job done by the end of one day. They cleaned up thoroughly, even sweeping for stray metal. We would definitely recommend this company and I know we will keep them in mind for future projects.

I had them replace two decks, an exterior door and support posts in the basement of my 3 family property. They did a great job all around, showed up when promised and adhered to the original quote. When we discovered that a cement footing had cured improperly, they showed up the next day and fixed the problem, at no cost. Nice people, nice work.

My husband and I were thrilled with their skilled workmanship. But, in addition to that, they were on time, professional, friendly and cleaned up to perfection. To us, they went above and beyond. We would definitely recommend them without hesitation.

When a raccoon fell from a tree and crashed through a weakness in my roof into my attic, I did quite a bit of research on contractors and got numerous estimates before choosing Lifetime to repair the damage and replace the gutter. Unlike some other contractors who say they'll be there between 12 and 2 and then show up at 4 if they show up at all, Phil showed up on time to examine the job and give me an estimate. The figure he quoted was quite reasonable, and I hired him. His crew arrived promptly on the scheduled day, and did a terrific job. They were efficient and quite courteous. I have every intention of hiring Lifetime again as needed for home repair, and I recommend them without reservation.
