"I had an outstanding experience with Alliance Appliance. The repair technician, Steve, did an excellent job fixing my Bosch in-wall oven. He was extremely careful when removing the unit to diagnose and complete the repair, which I really appreciated. Steve took the time to clearly explain what the issue was and walked me through the repair process so I fully understood what was being done. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. A few days after the repair, he even followed up to make sure everything was still working properly, something you don’t see very often today. On top of that, his pricing was very fair and competitive. Based on this experience, I will only be using Alliance Appliance for any future appliance repairs. Truly outstanding service!
