The house was immaculate. They really did a great job with everything. The only issue was, the third floor/attic was never properly permitted. We rushed to put an offer on the house at her insistence, and also because she assured us the permits were in place, despite not preventing any proof. We trusted her. After paying a home inspector $600 to find out that this was not the case, we felt lied to. The only documentation we were ever able to find with the city was proof of construction for roof damage after Hurricane Fran in September of 1996.

My real estate agent wasn’t very thorough.  It would be two or three days before she would get back to us and sometimes we would have to remind her.  Originally, when we signed with her, she said normally she would get back to us and would email their information but it would be a couple of days later she would forward it to us.  On time, we had an offer and she sent the wrong offer to us.  It was just a lousy service.  It wasn’t even our house that she sent the offer on, my husband had to call her and inform her.  They priced the house okay that was fine.  We negotiated with her and she acted like she was doing us a big favor and then we got the next realtor that was about the going rate.  She wanted six percentage of the sale and we told her no.  She presented very well but she didn’t follow through anything she said. 

Mary Jane did the services for me. I would rate her highly. I have already recommended her to others.

The agent has been very accommodating and thorough. We are very pleased with  our experience with this individual.

Sue was interviewed by our real estate agent from NY. We were looking to move to Cary, NC and we didn't have a real estate agent in Cary. We found the perfect agent. She listen to what we were looking for and we found the perfect community and house. After we committed to have our house built, Sue found us a rental house to stay in while our house was being built. As we were in NY, we couldn't keep traviling down to NC. She weny above and beyond. I would strongly recommend Sue Rauf to whomever is looking to sell or buy a house in the Cary (Wake County) area. She kept in touch with us through the entire process, even if it was just to say hello. We are happy to call her our friend. Our first friend in NC.
