We are a small family company which is dedicated to Serving through Cleaning. Few things keep customers longer in a business, than it having a clean inviting space. We believe every room in a commercial building should be as clean as a home, because the people who have the privilede to work in them, are there longer they are at home at times. They should be able to enjoy a clean space. We also feel as if every room in a home should be as clean as a baby's nursery, because we assume you are raising generations and every family member including a baby should be able to explore in a clean environment. \n\nWe understand that we get the opportunity to work with you, your staff and/or your family, so we never take opportunities lightly.

"They really did look almost brand new once the work was done and the upholstery dried. They still had the beautiful "feel" they had originally - the "green" cleaning product clearly did not have an adverse effect on the fabric. One of the owners, Vincent clearly knew his stuff, was efficient, thorough, used good COVID protocols."

"very well, the service person ( Pete) did a fantastic job. This man does not take a break. I had to keep telling him to stop. Good luck finding that these days. Thanks Pete. The owner Rod Carnes explained what will take place and to the tee took place. He spends the time with you and shows photos of completed jobs, very professional."

"He looked at all our showers and tole us that none of them needed to have its grout cleaned and sealed.  He only cleans grout and does not remove any caulking that has been put over the grout.  He will re-polish a small marble table. A very honest, pleasant and professional person.  We wish we would have more work for him.  Can only recommend him althoguh we did not see the results of his work.

"The team did a great job. They were pleasant, thorough, and even did some minor organization changes to my kitchen that I've actually kept at their suggestion. Someone even polished off my table on my deck. They worked efficiently and quickly; there were no noted breaks that I saw, and the entire house was done in a very quick time. I felt the price was reasonable, versus the days it would have taken me to do this. I will likely have them come back again for future deep cleans and repair work."

Floor Polishers questions, answered by experts

To properly maintain natural stone surfaces, use pH-neutral cleaners for regular cleaning and avoid acidic substances that can cause damage or etching. It is also important to reseal the surfaces periodically, especially for porous stones, to protect the finish, maintain appearance, and ensure longevity.

Before starting on a full refinishing project, determine if your floors need to be completely sanded down to the bare wood or if the damage is shallow and mostly cosmetic. Deep scratches and gouges will require you to rough sand using a drum sander or belt sander, but small surface scratches or floors that have only lost their luster don’t need a complete overhaul. Instead, you can skip the rough sanding step and sand-screen the old finish with a buffer, removing only the top layer of polyurethane.

Professionals use HEPA vacuums, industrial-strength cleaners, and microfiber cloths for effective cleaning without damaging surfaces.

Polishing a concrete floor isn’t as expensive as it sounds—it’s actually one of the more budget-friendly upscale flooring options out there. On average, it costs $4,500, with most projects falling between $1,000 and $8,000 . When you’re working with an existing slab of concrete, you skip material costs entirely, so it’s even more affordable. If you want a glossy, durable floor without paying hardwood or tile prices, polished concrete delivers serious shine without the sticker shock.

Yes, many services offer waxing as part of the polishing process. Confirm with your provider.
