The job was done very well and professionally. The price he quoted was very fair. He kept me advised at every step of the job and pointed out ways to save money on materials without sacrificing quality. The railing was installed with upmost precision and the new roof supports were properly supported by new footings and support hardware. The porch pavers were carefully reset in sand and then the gaps filled with polymeric sand. A new first 6x6 was installed to replace the rotten one.

I was extremely impressed by the work. I posted the job and in less than 24 hours he was here and had completed the original two jobs. He also offered to paint an area of the room and even went to Home Depot for the equipment. Larry was very professional and clearly over qualified for the work I needed done. He was so courteous and gave advice regarding the job which was helpful because it was not my expertise. Lastly- I was very appreciative of how affordable it all was. The professionalism time and attention he gave to this job could have demanded a much higher price.

Larry did an excellent job installing the carpet (squares) in yhe basement, and stairs. Fantastic job - no seams showing and no gaps against the wall. He has multitude of skills -, he has completed several home improvement jobs for me, and I am extremely happy with the results. If you're looking for quality workmanship, this is the guy! His attention to detail and quality are unmatched. You will not be disappointed. I've had several workers in the past (painting, tiling, kitchen, porch, etc) who promised they were 'the best' only to have issues with the results. Larry has consistently delivered and exceeded expectations without delays or rework. I will definitely use him again!
