I think he should have inspected more thoroughly on his initial visit to determine if potential problems might prevent him from doing his job as quoted. "Three ladies came over on time and cleaned my whole house (3 stories) very thoroughly and efficiently. They were polite and professional. Vacuumed and mopped all the floor, did a great job cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. The best thing is their price, which I think is unbeatable. Although they spent a little less time than I actually purchased but that's just because they were efficient enough to finish all the cleaning. My overall experience with them is very good.

They also fixed broken walls and furniture, repaired door and window frames, improved the bathtub, and filled a exterior hole on a third floor window, together with a couple of small projects.
