I used Mike and his crew to treat and clean our family room carpet. Mike was very responsive and knowledgeable and explained step by step what the process would be. He also took the time to thoroughly explain the details behind each step. He accommodated our schedule and showed up on time. He and his crew were polite, friendly, professional, and did an excellent job on treating and cleaning our carpet, which is a very heavy pile carpet. The hard work was put in and you can tell they take great pride in the job they do. The carpet looked great, especially the heavier traffic areas and any pet odors were eliminated. Mike even took the time to follow up the next day to check on how things turned out. I was very satisfied with Mike and Tile Brite and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and high quality carpet care professional.

Tile Brite was available on short notice, showed up on time and did a really nice job of cleaning my carpets. My carpets were really dirty. Tile Brite brought a variety of tools / techniques to ensure that my carpets ended up looking good. Price was very reasonable.

Mike from Tile Bright was amazing! I got 3 different quotes from 3 different companies, and he was the only one who came to the house to actually inspect the bathroom floors in person. The other 2 companies simply asked me to text them pictures. Not only did Mike quote us a fantastic price, but his knowledge on the subject was extremely impressive. He was personable, nice and a pleasure to be around. Once the quote was approved, Mike got us on the calendar quickly and was able to finish our job in one day. There is no other word to describe the services of Tile Brite other than SUPERB. I have never had such good, professional results and attention to detail with any other company. My carpets and upholstery looked completely new again. Mike takes his time, is knowledgeable and very professional. I referred him to a friend who also had the same experience. Absolutely fantastic - carpets are over 3 years old look brand new after Mike did his cleaning magic - even the areas that we thought were badly worn (traffic area from family room to kitchen). Mike knowledge and experience and skill showed up with his unique method of cleaning the carpet using 3 steps- 1st spraying all the carpet areas with a pro carpet cleaner sprayer, then after allowing some time for cleaner to set, 2nd - used his steam cleaner machine that washed and extracted the dirt/stains from the carpet, 3rd - used a special broom (almost looked like a fine small rake) to make the carpet strands stand up straight. Mike provided us with booties that covered our shoes that allowed us to walk on the still wet carpet. He also explained that the carpet strands get pressed down by soil, dirt and worn look (foot traffic such as from our family room to kitchen area). Carpet was purchased/installed near end of October 2013, 10 months later (August 2014) we were told by Mohawk that we needed to purchase a special beater vacuum for this carpet (Wessel Werk Soft Clean - $350) after we complained about the carpet worn appearance. They implied that our existing central vac system with turbo head was not able to do a proper job on thick smartstand carpet. We had all the Mohawk carpet areas steam cleaned in Dec 2014 by another service with somewhat good appearance except for the traffic areas (still looked a little worn). Steam cleaned again August 2015 - this time by Clean Restorations company - a little better appearance than the earlier steam cleaning, but still looked worn. We were going to have replace the worn looking areas with the extra carpet left overs and have the pieces seamed in. Thank goodness for Mike's outstanding results.
