Rich did an amazing job. I had my tile and my tub refinished. Heâ s very professional. He was very respectful of my home when carrying in his equipment and cleaning up after himself when he was done. I love the color of my new tile and the tub looks amazing. I highly recommend him to anybody who wants their bathroom to look new, but doesnâ t wanna rip it apart

I have used them on several projects

I had my steel bathtub refinished by this contractor in January 2019. within a couple of years, the tub started to experience bubbled paint which would crack and flake off. I have spent the last 4 years chasing paint bubbles (many of which are 2-3 long) and hand-painting over the spots with epoxy paint. The refinishing cost me $700.

My husband and I just bought our first home and the one thing I wasn't thrilled with was the one piece fiberglass bathtub unit in our full bathroom which was a dull beige color and had a few stains. I looked into replacing it with a new tub and once I did the math, I decided to look into having it resurfaced instead which is how I came across A Better Porcelain Patch & Glaze Company. I'm so glad I did because Rich did an outstanding job, I can't believe it's the same tub! When he asked me what I wanted it to look like, I said "sleek" and that's exactly what I got, it's the perfect shade of white and it has the shine of a brand-new tub. The work was executed flawlessly and in a timely manner. Rich was very professional and communicated effectively throughout the process. Quality work at a reasonable price, what more could you ask for? Would definitely recommend, I'm a happy customer!

Rich and his son did a great job for us, and did it in a timely manner. There was a bit of paint smell in the house for a day or so, but they did as much as possible to minimize it. They had a pretty large exaust fan and vent set-up to rid the majority of the overspray out a window. Very nice people, and great job!

It is as if you put in a brand new tub! We have had it two years now and it is as beautiful as when we first did it.

I hired Rich to glaze my old bathtub to get rid of the scratches after the remodeling of my bathroom and he did a great job. It looked as good as the new one. The only negative thing I can say is, after 7 months I had little peelings at edges where the bathtub meets with the tile. I used silicone to fix them and so far it seems to be okay.

He provided a detailed set of directions for cleaning and care after the finish cured. The tub was beautifully done and you can't tell that it's not a factory finish.

He reglazed a tub for me that I had made quite a mess of "DIY-ing." Rich was extremely professional, wonderful to work with and polite. He was very communicative on the phone prior to coming out, thoroughly explaning the process he uses and how to ensure the longevity of the glaze as well as what to expect as far as access to where he would be working. He went well above what he needed to in order to accommodate me...Thanksgiving was coming and he made a conserted effort to do the work before that day, taking into consideration drying time. He was right on time, accurate about the length of time it would take to finish the job. His pricing which is reasonable, was told to me in advance. Rich was extremely neat and vented all dust outside...no dust particles anywhere afterwards! I am absolutely thrilled with the finished tub...it looks like a brand new tub was installed. Rich and his brother were AWESOME! From start to finish very professional, he worked within my schedule, left the area immaculate! The workmanship was by far the BEST, I have ever seen. Rich did a excellent job. From start to finish. He called me right away and got an idea of the job(I had two bathrooms I need to do). He was easy to work through by text messages/pictures and working with me on the price. He did a great job the day he was here work he's to get both done in one day!
