He took the time to prep and get all the kerdi board perfect before he started the tile. This extra care and concern on what you can’t see makes all the difference in what you can. We also had a challenging window in one shower and he had good ideas on what we could do to make it look great. He is meticulous and it’s clear he takes great pride in his work. We were doing some other tile project on our own and he even offered his expert advice on what we should do. He’s a very pleasant person to work with and does excellent work. What more could you ask for!"

"I didn't know Billy would use a grout that absorbs wayer when I hired him. I called him and asked if he would come back and seal it at no extra charge. He didn't agree to that. He said it will only absorb 5% of the water and it's anti microbial. 5% of a 7-10 minute shower is a lot of water. Also, what's behind the grout is not anti microbial. I'm dissatisfied with the work. He shoukd have told me what he was going to use so I could have made an informed decision. He should have used an epoxy grout."
