"After I took off the old tile and replaced the cement board in my shower, I hired Fran to seal/waterproof the cement board and re-tile the shower. Fran and James (his assistant) were friendly, punctual, and worked both quickly and carefully. Fran did very well matching up the tile design in an asymmetrical space, and he talked me into using another (smaller) kind of tile on the ceiling, which was the right call. I thought his fee was reasonable, and I wouldnâ t hesitate to use Fran again on another tiling project. He knows his stuff!"

"Nelson did an outstanding job restoring the Marmiline pieces in our bathroom. He was very meticulous and took his time making sure that he removed the stains and scratches in them. He is extremely knowledgeable in tile restoration. Periodically, he would have my husband and I look at his work to see if we were happy with how it was turning out. "Empire was amazing - we needed to replace/cover flooring in a room with crumbling tiles and grout. The salesman who first came was knowledgeable and offered many options and we locked in our sale price. It was easy to reschedule when we had a tornado in town and might not have had power the day of the install. Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price! On the day of the actual install, the installer was right on time, and did the whole room in just a few hours, checking in with me along the way with any questions and Sebastian did a beautiful job! We will absolutely be calling Empire again when we need other carpeting or flooring!"
