Once the remediation service from the insurance company had completed the demo and dried everything out, we needed new subfloor, flooring, base cabinets and drywall. Dan was very responsive and professional. He reviewed the adjustor's quote, worked with me on upgrades that were needed and came in at a very reasonable rate. He brought in a very talented cabinet-maker who was able to create the base cabinet boxes and re-use the existing cabinet doors and drawer-fronts (perfectly matching the color of the upper cabinets).
