"I purchased an deal for $99 for 2 hours of labor.  Originally I intended to apply the time toward replacement of a shower faucet, but the same week, three gate valves in my basement began to fail.  Lew was very responsive and able to accommodate my schedule, and replaced all three valves with ball valves as well as the piping in the area.  I purchased an additional $150 worth of parts from Lew which are warrantied for a year.
What I appreciated most was Lew's evaluation of the shower faucet, which he looked at while he was at my house.  He pointed out that the faucet that I had purchased would not meet my long-term needs and made recommendations so that I could purchase (on my own) a model that would be better for me.  He also gave a very rough quote for the labor that would be required.  Lew could have just installed the faucet I purchased and waited until it failed in another year and installed another one and made twice as much money, but he didn't.  I'll certainly have him back again.

Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."

"Troy worked about twice as many hours as he estimated, but stuck to his estimate for payment. The job, instead of taking under a day, took two days. The first day lasted well into the night because of the complexity of freeing up the waste water line from the house to the road. Troy did not give up until the whole waste water system was back to working status and the new toilet was installed. He left the bathroom neat and clean (a miracle under the circumstances) and was thoroughly reliable and professional.

The well water consultant came out for a no charge water analysis and consultation, she reviewed the whole install with me prior to the technicians coming and answered all of my questions. The install went flawless the technicians explained how the system is maintained and what each unit was, they even returned 2 weeks later to retest the water and make sure that the system did everything that they promised (which it did). Great company with great staff! I am so happy with the quality of my well water now."
