This was an all around fantastic experience! I needed furnace work done. From phone call to service was a quick turn around! Andre was incredibly knowledgeable. Any questions I asked he had an answer for and broke down it down for the average joe to understand! I won't use any other company. It's nice to see curtesy and a great work ethic! Everything was up and running the same day. On top of it all he cleaned up as he went progressed through the project.

Switching out our tanks. Met with the general manager to understand the nature and mechanics of gas. Very knowledgable about the product, explaining the process and time frame. The crew explained to us how to recognize an issue, i.e. the smell of a gas leak, since this is new to us. Before they left, a checklist and answering questions., insuring our confidence in this choice. Professional and experienced crew, not to also mention pricing!

Our experience has been an extremely positive one. Their staff and customer service are exceptional. They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions or concerns we may have. Attention and detail to safety is evident in everything they say and do. We feel safe and in very good hands with Tank Farm and highly recommend them. Thank you to the phenomenal staff for everything you do!

So prompt and responsive! They ensured we had heat and our new system installed the same day ours went down. All of the employees we have worked with were amazing!
