He was prompt and professional. Our first conversation was Sunday evening and he and four other employees were ripping out my bathroom completely on Wednesday morning. They showed up at 8:00 sharp every morning and worked till 4:00 each day. We had some extra issues in the 65-year-old house that Usin handled professionally with complete communication.
