He returned my call promptly, listened carefully to what I needed, and was able to go out to my house within a few days to look at the space available for the two needed light fixtures. He then gave me excellent advice on the type of fixtures that would fit, and the exact sizees I needed to order, as well as what locations would work best for connecting them to the existing wiring. Using his advice, I was able to order the fixtures, which he then came out again to install. He obviously has good skills, but he was also prompt, efficient, honest, and very professional. "First rate! Arrived on time and worked non-stop until work was finished. Had a water leaks on the ceiling below two bathrooms in the garage, plumbers had to cut out several pieces of sheetrock in order to access the drainpipes. Nixon and his crew replaced the insulation and the sheetrock. They had to work around the garage door opener, the space was very tight. The ceiling looks like new, I am very pleased with the result. Also replaced a missing piece of sheetrock in the wall, and insulated a coldwater pipe without my asking."

They removed an old fiber glass tub/shower enclosure in our guest bathroom and installed a better tub and tiled the surround, replaced plumbing hardware. Downstairs they removed an ugly slate floor from our foyer and powder room and retiled with a lighter more modern look. I provided the materials."
