Great service. I priced out garage door opener repair and also new installation of a door opener, I was surprised at some prices. Touchstone provided the best prices, but didn't want to just sell me a new garage door opener, they wanted to come out and make sure I needed one before I spent that money. The service was top notch, practically same day and I was treated with honesty and no overboard sales pitches. I had a new garage door opener installed less than a week after I contacted Touchstone. Installation was incredibly fast, and they worked around my schedule. The price was unbeatable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Augie of Touchstone Overhead Door Services is a God of the industry! We recently had the large overhead door at our commercial building break and fall like a guillotine when an employee pushed the button to close the door in the morning. Commercial Overhead Doors are quite heavy in comparison to residential and the 3 bottom panels looked like they had been in a chain reaction collision. This failure was going to leave us unable to open the door throughout the day and unable to take our trucks & trailers in and out of the building or, if not repaired that day unable to secure them indoors at night. We called several other companies and left messages explaining the urgency of our situation. We also called Augie whose information we had gotten off the door on his truck, having been less than satisfied with other companies response time and workmanship in the past. Augie from Touchstone Overhead Door Service quickly called us back and said he would be there in 45 minutes, a word of caution here he actually showed up in 20 minutes, so be prepared for him to show up earlier than he says. The door panels on commercial doors aren't something that are locally stocked but Augie installed a few parts and massaged the door back to life with the bad panels, actually it was operating better and smoother than it had in years despite service calls by other overhead door companies. He was done with the temporary repairs before any of the other companies had even called us back! He had taken the manufacturer and model information off the damaged panels to order replacement panels, and just yesterday returned to install the new panels once again arriving early. My brother had called me telling me to return to the shop to meet him at noon, I arrived at 11:50 and he was already all set up and working, well into the job. Another warning... LOL When completed the door was operating great, in fact I've been dealing with this door and other overhead door companies for 12 years now and have never seen it operating this well (smoothly & quietly) the whole time. Even with such high quality work & super fast response Augie's prices are very fair & reasonable. While Augie is one of those repair contractors that you never want to see again, we know pulling trucks & equipment trailers in and out of the building we'll be calling him again and again... Touchstone is a God of the Overhead Door Industry!!!

Augie responded immediately to my request for quote. He came by quickly, discussed options, and provided a very competitive price that night. Once we selected him for the project, he scheduled installation within a week. He arrived on time, and completed the job as promised! We really liked working with Augie. He was the person we dealt with from quote to installation. Highly recommended!

On 04/14/2020, I contacted Touchstone Overhead door service for repair on my Overhead door around 7:30 am and left message. Within a half hour my call I was conatcted by the owner Augie and we discussed my issue with my garage door and he said he would be at my house within two hours for estimate. Augie arrived early than expexted ( Perfect). Touchstone estmate for the repair work that had to done on my garage door was a great price. I hired Touchstone to start repairs I needed. The owner Augie was very professional and knowledgeable and extremly courteous. In my interaction with Augie as he was doing the repairs on my garage door he informed he was Army veteran. I was so happy that I hired Augie I have brother that was Army veteran. Veterans have put their lives on hold and at risk to protect our country. Augie professional, polite, service repair on my garage was "FIVE STARS". I highly recommend Touchstone Overhead Door Service to my friends. Great price, professional service and he is veteran that served our country !!!.

Augie responded to my request immediately, came out the next day on a Saturday, and installed two new garage doors and one garage door opener within two weeks. Serviced the second garage door opener at no cost, and made a special trip to install the new garage door opener, as it needed another part. Friendly, accomodating, and best of all, quality work at reasonable price. Would give the highest recommendation, and I am not easy to please!

Augie arrived right on time on Friday for the purpose of analyzing the problems with my garage door opener and giving me a price. He explained the problems clearly and the parts that needed to be replaced, as well as the reason why. He itemized all the parts, priced all the parts, and gave me total for the repair. Since he had to purchase the parts from a supplier, we mutually agreed on an appointment for the following morning at 9 a.m. He arrived even 10 minutes early and started working without delay. I was impressed with his knowledge and skill. All the hardware involved was upgraded to the quality it should have been. The repaired opening hardware made the door operate like new and much quieter as well. His service was professional from start to finish, and he was always polite. I would hire him again and also gladly recommend him to anyone needing garage door service.

I was extremely satisfied with Augie's work during all phases of the overhead door repair. It was refreshing to work with a professional who treated me respectfully from the moment I called requesting a quote for the repair. (I had contact with two other companies that were recommended by HomeAdvisor and found the customer service very disappointing and in one case downright rude). Augie was prompt in evaluating the repair, ordering the parts and completing the job. Most importantly, I found that Augie treated me respectfully and honestly; not just another job. The workmanship was also top rate. I would absolutely recommend Touchstone to anyone looking for an overhead door repair.

Augie was punctual, professional, and competent. He was also honest: He corrected me when I was about to make an error in his favor when I paid his bill. In my opinion he was very good at what he did (installed two garage doors openers) and is a decent guy. I would hire him again in a heartbeat.
