"It is rare to find such quality, service, value and expertise. We bought our Enviro G39 gas fireplace after visiting the showroom a couple of times. We wanted a fireplace but didn't want the expense of masonry. However - gas fireplaces scared us! Dylan gave us all the information we needed (and more) to get comfortable. Since we had a contractor already remodeling our house - they installed the unit. However, we were still nervous and wanted the experts to review the install - just to be safe. Paul came out, reviewed the install, gave us a tutorial, answered 1,001 concerns until we felt safe and secure with our newly installed fireplace.
