"Al was fantastic! He clearly explained that my fireplace was shutting off as a safety feature due to low oxygen levels. He also reassembled the logs in the firebox and showed me the proper way to start and stop the fireplace. Highly recommend his service!"

"It is rare to find such quality, service, value and expertise. We bought our Enviro G39 gas fireplace after visiting the showroom a couple of times. We wanted a fireplace but didn't want the expense of masonry. However - gas fireplaces scared us! Dylan gave us all the information we needed (and more) to get comfortable. Since we had a contractor already remodeling our house - they installed the unit. However, we were still nervous and wanted the experts to review the install - just to be safe. Paul came out, reviewed the install, gave us a tutorial, answered 1,001 concerns until we felt safe and secure with our newly installed fireplace. They never rushed us, never made us feel stupid for asking so many questions, never failed to be friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and patient. Our investment was worth every penny. I would recommend this establishment to anyone and everyone. Thanks to a great father and son team!!"

"Thank you North American Chimney & Gutter Corp team for coming out to check and clean my chimney. We use our fireplace pretty regularly so I knew we needed to get someone out here soon to clean it out. It was very easy to schedule (and re-schedule) my appointment thanks to Amy. Marco and Micheal showed up early and was in and out very quickly. They left my fireplace in awesome condition and assured me that it was safe to use. "Rich was very professional as was his work crew. They came over to give us an estimate of the work needed to seal outside chimney for a fireplace no longer in use. "The workers and office staff were easy to talk to, well informed, courteous , and efficient. They performed a thorough inspection. Recommended and installed a stainless liner and cap for the furnace flue and a new damper on the fireplace flue. Their price was better than previous quotes and even set up a partial payment plan.
