"My family has recently switched to a high nutrient-dense diet of mostly veggies and fruits at the recommendation of our doctor. We quickly learned how time consuming washing and prepping produce is and decided to add a prep area to our kitchen, which is no small feat considering it's a galley kitchen in a 1939 cape. We had Gary help us design and install the prep area, which included a 3 basin sink and various cabinets and countertops. This was a project that required out of the box thinking and Gary was the perfect person for the job. He was able to bring our vision to life.
