Instead of cutting out portions of the wall plaster that was damaged as other contractors had suggested, they rejected this as insufficient & instead took down all 3 walls and ceiling, waterproofed, insulated and added sheetrock. Extra care was also given to the other updates as well Pat and the work crew were terrific, working through the entire day as needed.
